job Overview: as the Hr Head, You Will Be Responsible for Managing the Overall Hr Function of the Company. You Will Develop and Implement Hr Policies and Procedures to Ensure Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations. You Will also Be Responsible for Attracting, Hiring, and Retaining Top Talent Across all Levels of the Organization. Additionally, You Will Be Responsible for Managing Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Compensation and Benefits.

responsibilities:

develop and Implement Hr Policies and Procedures to Ensure Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations
oversee Recruitment, Selection, and Retention of Staff, Ensuring that the Company Attracts and Retains Top Talent Across all Levels
develop and Implement Strategies to Improve Employee Engagement, Motivation, and Satisfaction
manage the Performance Management Process, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, and Conducting Performance Evaluations
develop and Implement Compensation and Benefits Programs that are Competitive and Equitable
ensure Compliance with all Relevant Employment Laws and Regulations
oversee Employee Relations, Including Handling Employee Grievances, Disputes, and Disciplinary Actions
conduct Training and Development Programs to Enhance Employee Skills and Knowledge
develop and Maintain Hr Metrics and Analytics to Measure the Effectiveness of Hr Programs
manage Hr Budget and Ensure that all Hr Activities are Cost-effective
develop and Maintain Effective Relationships with External Hr Vendors and Service Providers
requirements:

bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a Related Field; Master's Degree Preferred
at Least 10 Years of Experience in Hr Management, with a Minimum of 5 Years in a Leadership Role
strong Knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulation

Experience 8 - 14 Years
Salary 6 Lac To 10 Lac P.A.
