Job Description: HR Head - Government Infrastructure Company (Construction Experience)

Position Overview:
The HR Head for a government infrastructure company with experience in construction plays a crucial role in managing the organization's human resources function. This position requires a deep understanding of the construction industry, government regulations, and the unique challenges faced by infrastructure projects. The HR Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's objectives, ensure compliance, and foster a productive and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, taking into account the unique requirements of government infrastructure projects in the construction industry.
Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies to meet project demands.
Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee the recruitment and selection process for various positions within the organization, including engineers, project managers, technicians, and support staff.
Develop effective sourcing strategies, leverage industry networks, and partner with educational institutions to attract top talent.
Implement robust onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
Employee Relations and Engagement:

Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement by implementing effective communication channels, recognition programs, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Address employee concerns and manage conflict resolution processes in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement employee wellness programs and initiatives to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
Performance Management and Development:

Experience 8 - 14 Years
Salary 6 Lac To 10 Lac P.A.
